Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers can contact our support team for further assistance.

For any return or refund request, customers may be required to provide an unboxing video or images of the package and product for verification purposes.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to share images or a video of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable. In such cases, return shipping charges will be borne by us.

Product Not as Described

If the product received is significantly different from the description or images displayed on our website, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. After reviewing the request, we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as innerwear, personal accessories, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if such items are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, they will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, in accordance with RBI guidelines.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received. In such cases, we will arrange the return pickup or provide a return shipping label.
